At Chroma Audio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.


Please Note

  • All sales are final once the product has been downloaded. We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and requirements carefully before making a purchase.
  • If you experience issues with compatibility, please ensure you meet the required software specifications listed in the product details. Our products specifically require Kontakt 7 full version to operate correctly.
  • Refunds cannot be processed if you only have Kontakt Player or do not have the full paid version of Kontakt. We cannot verify the software you are using, so compatibility must be confirmed beforehand.
  • Please double-check your system’s software requirements before purchasing. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if the necessary software is not available on your system.
